Portable Sign Application

A Portable Sign Permit Change is only permitted for Portable Sign Permits that have already been issued and are currently active. The change request must be submitted prior to the permit expiry date, and the request must meet the requirements within the Portable Sign by-law.  

Portable Sign Change Requests may include:

• Address change
• Frontage change
• Permit date change

Please note: The application fee for this request is non-refundable, and permit change requests are subject to review and approval. Do not submit your application unless you meet the conditions listed above. Approval is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the applicable requirements and review of the request.

Sign Location

Please note: A letter of consent from the owner of the property or the property manager/agent authorizing the applicant or tenant to erect a portable sign(s) is required.
