The Town of Milton is a large corporation with various opportunities across our departments. All areas can provide valuable experience for students in developing their technical knowledge and administrative skills.
A Criminal Record Check may be required for co-op placements within the Town of Milton. *For government volunteers, this document is available free of charge with the Halton Police Services*
Note if you have already acquired a CRC, you may use this document provided the date is within the last 6 months of application. For additional information please visit: https://www.policesolutions.ca/checks/services/halton/index.php
Each co-op placement requires the school board’s formal Work Education Agreement form with details surrounding Workplace Safety & Insurance Board Coverage. This information should come straight from the Co-Op student’s instructor/teacher.
Please ensure you will have this completed and ready to be shared with the Town of Milton in advance.
