Each co-op placement requires the school board’s formal Work Education Agreement form with details surrounding Workplace Safety & Insurance Board Coverage. This information should come straight from the Co-Op student’s instructor/teacher. Please ensure you will have this completed and ready to be shared with the Town of Milton in advance of your placement.
