The Town of Milton regulates noise in our community with Noise By-Law 133-2012

If you would like to apply for a temporary exemption from this by-law, for the purposes of Construction, Public or Private Events, please complete the form below and submit a non-refundable application fee of $301.68.  

Note: The application fee is non-refundable even if your application is rejected.
