Municipal Consent Permit

Before starting any work or project, utility companies and infrastructure owners must get a Municipal Consent Permit to install their infrastructure (i.e. cables, conduit, pipes) within the Town’s road allowance. This includes digging up or disturbing the boulevard, sidewalk, or road. Each application and location is looked at separately, and work cannot start without this permit.

Please note that the Town does not give permits for work on Regional Roads. Applicants must check the road’s jurisdiction before applying.

Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2000 and will be used to respond to your request. Questions about this collection should be directed to Development Services, 905-878-7252.
