Eligibility Application for Lottery Licencing

An organization may be eligible for a Lottery License if it meets the following criteria:

  • Has been in existence for at least one year.
  • Has provided charitable community services with goals and activities that are consistent with the mandate of the organization for at least one year in Milton.
  • Proposes to use the proceeds for charitable programs and services that directly benefit Milton and its residents.
  • Assumes full responsibility for the conduct and management of its event.

An individual is not eligible for a lottery licence. 

Please be prepared to attach the following documents to the final page of your online submission:

  • Articles of Incorporation or Proof of Charitable Status
  • Income Tax Filing
  • Current Budget
  • Previous Financial Statement
  • Sample/Void Cheque

All personal information on this application is collected pursuant to Section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 as amended, and will be used to assess eligibility for lottery licensing and regulating.
