All applicants for a Public Display Fireworks Discharge Permit are responsible for reading the Town of Milton Fireworks By-law 088-2023 and for adhering to the regulations contained in the by-law.

Fireworks Supervisor/Technician Cards are required for all people who will be handling and discharging fireworks for this event ocurring on either the display date: or alternate display date:.
Commercial General Liability Insurance must be purchased subject to a limit of not less than five million dollars, inclusive, per occurrence for bodily injury, death and damage to the property, including loss thereof. The issurance must be in the name of the applicant with the Town of Milton named as an additional insured.
Please indicate your agreement that you have read the Town of Milton Fireworks By-law 088-2023 and that you have completed this application accurately and truthfully. Indicate your agreement to be bound by the commitments made in this application and having them form conditions on the permit issued.
