Consumer Fireworks Discharge Application

Thank you for applying for a Town of Milton Consumer Fireworks Discharge Permit.

All applicants for a Consumer Fireworks Discharge Permit are responsible for reading the Town of Milton Fireworks By-law 37-2009 and for adhering to the regulations contained in the by-law.

Note: 

Setting off fireworks is not permitted on any Town of Milton roadway or street, public park, school, arena, etc. People found in contravention will be fined $150.00 plus the cost of fire department vehicle(s) attending the location.
