Introduction

Please Note: Sports field rental requests are accepted for the upcoming booking season only. Estimated dates of operation are as follows and weather dependent:  

• Outdoor, mini/minor field: May to August 

• Outdoor, major field: May to September 

• Artificial Turfs from March to December 

Please contact the Facility Booking office at 905-875-5418 for exact opening and closing dates or to request exceptions. 

Use this form to let us know you are interested in booking this space. The information you provide will help our team review your request and coordinate your booking needs. To help us serve you better, please include as much detail as possible about your rental requirements.

After submitting the form, a copy of your request will be sent to the email address you provide for your records.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to process and respond to your request. Information may be disclosed as necessary for this purpose, in accordance with MFIPPA.
