Please Note: Room rental requests are available year-round at Town of Milton facilities. For organizations, and private events, ensure that your requests are submitted in advance to support scheduling and availability. 

Use this form to let us know you are interested in booking this space. The information you provide will help our team review your request and coordinate your booking needs. To help us serve you better, please include as much detail as possible about your rental requirements.

After submitting the form, a copy of your request will be sent to the email address you provide for your records.
