Please Note: Picnic area rental requests are accepted for the upcoming booking season only. Estimated dates of operation are May to October (weather dependent).  Please contact the Facility Booking office at 905-875-5418 for exact opening and closing dates or to request exceptions. 

Please be advised that: 

• BBQs must be propane only, with a fire extinguisher present 

• Vehicles are not permitted within the park 

• Alcohol is not permitted 

Use this form to let us know you are interested in booking this space. The information you provide will help our team review your request and coordinate your booking needs. To help us serve you better, please include as much detail as possible about your rental requirements.

After submitting the form, a copy of your request will be sent to the email address you provide for your records.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to process and respond to your request.
