Municipal Outdoor Sign Request Form

Request your outdoor sign rental(s) by filling out the form fields below.

Your first choice may not always be available so please request several rental options, beginning with your first priority for both the sign location and desired week.  Add additional choices as desired. 

Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2000 and will be used to respond to your request and to provide user group statistics for the Town of Milton. Outdoor Sign Specifications

  • Rentals begin on Monday and end on Sunday. 
  • Rentals run for a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks.

Contract Information

Payment Policy:

  • Payments are due in full on the first day of the previous month.
  • If payment is not received your rental will be cancelled.
  • Non-residents and commercial users are subject to a 10% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Permit holder is eligible to receive a refund for cancellation if the Town of Milton is notified at least 14 days in advance of the rental date, less 20% of the rental fee.
  • Cheque issuance fee of $30 also applies if applicable.
  • Cancellations are accepted with written notice to the Facility Booking Office.
