Book an appointment to file your nomination

To file your nomination, candidates are encouraged to book an appointment with the Town of Milton Election Team. It is preferred that all required nomination forms be completed in advance. Appointments provide time to review and submit forms and address any questions and may take 30–45 minutes.

In-person appointments are available at:

Monday to Friday
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Election staff are available by phone and email Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.

If an agent is filing a nomination on behalf of a candidate, the agent must provide the aforementioned documents as well as their own identification.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to process and respond to your request. Information may be disclosed as necessary for this purpose, in accordance with MFIPPA.
